We have five comfortable bedrooms, where you can relax and unwind the moment you step inside and start to enjoy your stay.
- Four Double Ensuite
- One Twin with its own Private Bathroom
There are no bedrooms on the ground floor therefore access is to all bedrooms is by stairs however we are happy to assist where possible with any special requirements.
First Floor
Room 1 - Twin RoomThis room is at the side of the house with its own private bathroom just along the corridor on the half landing. It is light and airy with twin beds offering comfort and cosiness, bathrobes are provided for your convenience. |

Room 2 - Double EnsuiteThis room is at the front of the house and the only regular shaped room. It has a compact ensuite. |

Room 3 - Double EnsuiteThis room is at the rear of the house and is regarded as our ´deluxe´ room, it is a lovely room with a large walk in ensuite. It still has some of the original features of the house on display. |

Second Floor
Room 4 - Double Ensuite / Family RoomThis room is at the front of the house with views across the roof tops to the Minster. You will have to visit us in winter though to see it when all the leaves have fallen from the trees. This is our largest room and doubles as a family room. The room has a double bed and a single put up bed if required. It has a large ensuite, is spacious and homely but still with its original fire place and roof beam in place. |

Room 5 - Double EnsuiteThis room is at the back of the house, it is a good size but has restricted height to the room because of the sloping ceiling the original roof beam is still in place. The room is cosy, full of character and has a large ensuite. |

All bathrooms and ensuite have showers, wash basin, toilet, shaver point, towels and toiletries. All rooms have hospitality trays, hairdryer, flat screen TV Wi-Fi (subject to range) is available for guests use. |
