Our standard prices are per room, per night based on two sharing (other than the family room) and include breakfast.

Minimum stay is two nights when it includes a Friday or Saturday night.
Room prices may be higher at peak times, summer events, Christmas and New Year.
We will consider a single night stay on a Friday or Saturday night subject to availability however there will be a supplement charged. Please contact us direct to discuss your requirements.
Subject to availability special rates are available for mid week or weekly bookings.
Check in time is between 2.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Arrival outside these times is strictly by prior arrangement.
We would be grateful if you would let us know your anticipated time of arrival either when you book or a few days before you are due to check in.
Check out time is 10.30 am.
